Booking Process

Starting the Journey

a) After you talk with our official representative we will collect all your information and create a booking plan.
b) After sharing the tour plan and your confirmation you will pay 50% advance amount for the tour.
c) The full payment should be made before the starting date of the tour.
d) We have multiple vehicles for transportation. The images shown on our website are only categories of fleet we have.
e) The prices and type of vehicles all are negotiated before the booking confirmation.

Cancellation Charges

a) If after the booking confirmation the client cancels the trip we will make compensation as follows. 75% if cancelled prior to 30 days. 25% if cancelled within 7 days.50% if cancelled prior to 15 days. No compensation will be given if the cancellation is done within a week.
b) If there are any changes for the trip from the client side, we will not be liable for that.
c) If the client wants to reschedule the tour we are happy to do, but the final decision will be taken by us and client has to comply.
