a) Your contract in respect of your holiday is made with Gusain Travels and all of the confirmed bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
b) All the information regarding the booking will be sent to your email or the individual will be contacted.
c) Only Bookings made through our official representatives are legal. Please make all bookings through the contacts provided in our website.
d) All the services and amenities required by the client will be discussed before the confirmed booking. Additional services are chargeable.
e) All special requests, such as dietary requirements, should be noted on the booking form.
a) No compensation will be payable for minimal changes. These include slight delay in timings change of accomodation or restaurant which are of same ratings.
b) Compensation will be available for major changes. These include long delays(excluding traffic)or change in restaurant or accomodation of inferior standard.
c) The company also has the right to refuse any person as a member of the tour, if in their opinion that person could endanger the health, safety and enjoyment of others on the tour.
